Surfaced is operated by Beige Hours (Proprietor: Dura Suman Kaul), New Delhi, India ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
To deliver the audit you requested, respond to enquiries, send the sample/report you asked for, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal data.
We use trusted processors to run the service: Netlify (hosting/forms), Google Analytics & Microsoft Clarity (analytics), Zoho (email), and Razorpay (payments). They process data only to provide their function. Payment card details are handled entirely by Razorpay — we never see or store them.
Analytics tools set cookies/identifiers. You can block cookies in your browser; the core site will still work.
We keep audit and contact records as needed to provide the service and meet legal/tax obligations, then delete them. You may ask us to access or delete your personal data by emailing hello@wearesurfaced.com.
