If you have paid for an AI Visibility Audit (Snapshot or Full Audit) and we have not yet started your audit, you may cancel for a full refund. Email hello@wearesurfaced.com and we will process it to the original payment method.
Once your audit has been delivered, it is a completed piece of work and is not refundable. However, if anything in the report is factually wrong, unclear, or incomplete, tell us within 7 days and we will correct or re-run that portion at no charge.
The monthly Monitoring plan can be cancelled anytime after the minimum 3-month term; you will not be billed for the following cycle. Fees already paid for the current cycle are not refundable.
Approved refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days. The time for funds to appear depends on your bank/card issuer or payment provider.
