These terms govern your use of Surfaced ("the service"), operated by Beige Hours (Proprietor: Dura Suman Kaul), New Delhi, India. By purchasing or using the service you agree to them.
Surfaced provides an AI Visibility Audit: we run buyer questions across AI engines (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Claude), report how those engines currently describe your brand, score it, and recommend fixes. Reports reflect real, dated model outputs captured at a point in time.
AI engines change constantly and are outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, mention, citation, or placement in any AI engine, nor any particular business result. The audit is analysis and recommendations, not a guaranteed outcome.
You confirm the brand and website information you give us is accurate and that you are authorised to request an audit for it. You are responsible for implementing (or asking us to implement) any recommended fixes.
Prices are shown on the site (USD and INR). Payment is processed securely by Razorpay. Access/delivery begins after payment is confirmed.

The report we deliver is for your use. Our methodology, templates, and software remain our property.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific audit in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
If anything about a payment or a delivered audit isn't right, contact us first at hello@wearesurfaced.com — our Refund Policy is genuinely fair and we resolve issues quickly. Our reports are custom digital work prepared and delivered specifically for you; we keep delivery records (the report, timestamps, and your order details). Raising a card chargeback for work that was delivered as described, without first contacting us, is a breach of these terms, and we will contest such disputes using that evidence. Genuine problems are always fixed or refunded per the Refund Policy — a chargeback is never needed.
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction.
